Oh how I love Amelia Adams Kansas Crossroads Series! This book spoke to my heart. Forgiveness is essential in all of life’s path’s—not for the guilty for ourselves. Grace helped to show Gilbert how far he had come in such a short time. In this book, we are once again at home in the Brody Hotel so the reader’s comfort level isn’t challenged. But, how does Gilbert face both Sarah AND Nancy Ann, two beautiful young women he tried to “steal” from the men they loved? How does Grace deal with all the issues she is faced with Giselle gone on her honeymoon, a young but unwed mother-to-be working as a waitress, Gilbert, possibly falling in love and more? I, myself, was on a roller coaster of feelings, alternating from happy to sad and back again. My heart went out to the young unmarried woman but truly admired her grace and strength. Reading about how Grace dealt with each issue she was faced with showed her strength and courage. What about Gilbert? Did he truly change? When an accident occurred, how did HE handle it? Did he become an honest man or remain a spoiled brat? I believe Amelia Adams has a definite winner on her hands, not just with this book; but, with her entire series. I highly recommend this as a must read for all ages!!
I have enjoyed the cute, sweet love stories of the waitresses of the Brody Hotel.. The stories are each as different as the girls themselves, but as similar as each girl also.
What a great love story. This story is filled with Second chances & love stories that blossom. I recommend it as a great read! Thumbs up!
I really enjoy Kansas Crossroads series! Getting to know the Brody family(s) n their life in Topeka is so refreshing. I love getting to know more about Gilbert n how much he's grown to be the perfect match for Grace.
A bright future filled with young love is the most exciting and frightening dream of all time and Amelia Adams is so good at spinning it out with all kinds of dreams.
I've giving this story 5 stars because it was a well written book, when a story can bring g me tears . And laughter,in one chapter th a t to me is a good book .I would recommend Amelia C Adams and her books to my friends ..
